Over the more than 12 years I have been in practice, I have developed a varied, holistic approach to my work. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I use a variety of methods including EMDR, meditation and guided visualization, Reiki, intuitive guidance, and mind/body work to help you find your path to psychological, emotional and spiritual health. I believe inside of you lies the answer, and my job is to help you get in touch with your own natural healing abilities.
I work from a family systems perspective, and incorporate elements from other theoretical orientations such as client-centered therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and transpersonal psychology. My aim is for something good to happen every session, and for each session to build on the last toward a feeling of wholeness, self-esteem and joy. Let’s begin our work together! |

Something New
Try something new. Even a small change can bring great comfort, excitement, movement. Add something to your day, or take something away. Wear a different color or style. Introduce yourself to someone new. Go to a different library or store than you are used to. Buy a different kind of music or go to a movie you wouldn't ordinarily see. Life is an experiment. Have at it!
